- errors.ts: ApiError + GraphQLErrorCode 枚举

- types.ts: Pagination / PaginatedResult / UseQueryResult / UseMutationResult

- internal.ts: normalizeError 把 ApolloError 转为 ApiError

- index.ts: barrel 出口
